Strategy Manager

 

Brittany joined our team as our strategy manager, a newly created position to support the president. A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Brittany holds a B.S. in political science and international relations from Lincoln University, an M.Ed. with an administrative specialist focus in higher education from Central State University, and a certificate in education leadership from Harvard University. In her 10+ years of experience in education, she has held leadership roles at Central State University, University of Chicago Charter School and Baltimore City Community College. Brittany’s immediate past role was as program coordinator for the Pathways in Technology Early College High School (P-TECH) program at Baltimore City Community College where she managed all activities related to college courses taken by high school students. P-TECH operates through partnerships among high schools, local community colleges, and businesses. Students can earn both a high school diploma and an associate degree in the six-year program. Embodying service, Brittany is actively engaged in her community, lives to motivate, loves to read and to travel. Brittany is active with Set The Captives Free Miniseries and is an active member with the Baltimore Metropolitan Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
